PLAYER EXPECTATIONS

PLAYER EXPECTATION

Follow THE WAY

The Way is a personal motto I have adopted. To understand the way you first must understand what gets in the way. The Way combats the #1 thing that gets in our way FEAR. The Way begins with love because it’s the antidote for fear, busyness, and stress we feel. The way is to live each moment, each day to the fullest m and prevent all negative forces from sabotaging you. The aim is to focus on love in each moment and each day to erode our fears. The way requires 3 elements. LOVE- you must put love into the work you do. SERVE- love leads to SERVE. When we serve others we fill-ups their cup and our own as well. CARE- we must care about the work we do and show people we care about them, in turn, makes us stand out in a world where most don’t care. When you care, everyone matters, and everything matters.

Play With Championship Drive

Defense – Defense wins championships and everyone knows that!

Reach – Reach as far as you can when training to push yourself to the limit!

Intuition – If you can feel a pass coming TAKE IT, no-one can read a situation better than the person in that situation, feel the situation and

                     take advantage!

Vision – The single most important thing on the court, your eyes will tell your body how to react!

Execution – Remember your fundamentals and the points will follow!
